Welcome to Solovino, a platform dedicated to the safety, health, and rescue of pets. By registering or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We recommend you read them carefully.

1. 🧾 Definitions

  • Solovino: Web and mobile platform that offers services related to the rescue, geolocation, and medical tracking of pets.
  • User: Person who accesses or uses Solovino, whether in a free or premium capacity.
  • Free Services: Basic functionalities available at no cost.
  • Premium Services: Advanced functionalities available through a subscription.

2. 🆓 Free Services

Registered users have access to:

  • Creation of a pet profile with a photo, name, and basic details.
  • Generation of a unique QR code for identification.
  • Viewing public rescue information when the QR code is scanned.
  • Access to educational content and safety guides.

3. 💎 Premium Services

Subscribed users have access to advanced features such as:

  • Real-time geolocation of pets reported as lost.
  • Automatic notifications to emergency contacts.
  • Digital medical history with vaccination and treatment alerts.
  • Integration with certified veterinarians and rescuers.
  • Advanced profile customization (multiple photos, medical notes, etc.)

5. 📍 Geolocation and Alerts

Solovino uses third-party services (such as Google Maps) to offer location features. The user accepts that:

  • Geolocation accuracy may vary depending on the device and connection.
  • Solovino does not guarantee the successful rescue of a pet but provides tools to maximize the chances.

6. 💳 Payments and Subscriptions

  • Premium services are activated through a monthly or annual payment.
  • Rates may change, but users will be notified at least 15 days in advance.
  • Users can cancel their subscription at any time from their profile.

7. 🔐 Privacy and Data

8. ⚠️ Limitation of Liability

Solovino is not responsible for:

  • Losses, damages, or injuries resulting from the use of the platform.
  • Technical failures, interruptions, or errors in third-party services.
  • Decisions made by users based on information provided by Solovino.

9. 🛠️ Service Modifications

Solovino may update, modify, or remove functionalities to improve the user experience. Relevant changes will be communicated in a timely manner.

🇲🇽 Mexico – Localized Legal Block

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: This agreement is governed by Mexican laws. Any controversy will be resolved before the competent courts of Mexico City.

Consumer Rights: Solovino complies with the Federal Consumer Protection Law. Users have the right to cancel premium services within 5 business days without penalty, in accordance with article 56 of said law.

Official Language: This document is presented in Spanish, the official language of Mexico.

🇺🇸 United States – Localized Legal Block

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of California, USA. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act.

Additional Limitation of Liability: Solovino shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages under section 230 of the Communications Decency Act.

COPPA and Minors: Solovino is not directed at minors under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without verifiable parental consent, in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Official Language: This document is presented in English. For legal purposes, the English version shall prevail.

🇪🇺 Europe – Localized Legal Block

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: This agreement is governed by the laws of the user's country of residence within the European Union. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with Regulation (EU) 1215/2012.

Right of Withdrawal: Users have the right to cancel their premium subscription within 14 calendar days of contracting, without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.

Official Language: This document is presented in the language of the user's country of residence. In case of discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.

🇹🇷 Turkey – Localized Legal Block

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: This agreement is governed by the Turkish Electronic Commerce Law and the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). Disputes shall be resolved before the courts of Istanbul.

Explicit Consent: The user expressly consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with article 5 of the KVKK. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, and cancellation by written request.

Official Language: This document is presented in Turkish. In case of discrepancy, the Turkish version shall prevail.

🇨🇳 China – Localized Legal Block

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: This agreement is governed by the Electronic Commerce Law of the People's Republic of China and the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL). Disputes shall be resolved before the courts of Beijing.

Data Storage: Solovino stores the data of Chinese users on servers located in China, in accordance with article 40 of the PIPL.

Official Language: This document is presented in simplified Chinese. In case of discrepancy, the Chinese version shall prevail.
